This was my first time using Ware’s. Matt came to my house within an hour of me calling. He was very nice, respectful and had a good idea of what our issue was. Had everything checked out and good to go quickly. He even helped me with another issue regarding our house just in conversation we were having. Very pleasant experience and I will definitely be using his services for future issues and maintenance.
They were able to come the next day after calling late the day before and quickly fixed the issue with our AC line busting in the attic. They have also helped last year when our AC wasn’t blowing cold upstairs. Will definitely use them in the future and can’t recommend enough.

Matt Ware is a Godsend! Our air went out during the hottest time of the summer of 2025. Ware's Heating & Cooling was booked up, so we called another company who could get to us within a couple of days. The company came out, charged the air, then charged a very high price with a discount if we signed up with their "check up" services. In our desperation, we agreed. We had air for approximately 3 weeks(the refrigerant leaked out). We decided to try Mr. Ware again. He wasn't available for about 10 days, but was so kind to provide us with a Portable AC unit until he could install a new HVAC system. We were so appreciative, and cool. Our air and heat work well. We are very pleased with the service we received from Ware's Heating & Cooling! Additionally, the cost was affordable.
